Leadership Pro le: Worship Leader, Curt Vernon
When I think of leadership I think of Tommy Green. He brings leaders to
the table and creates space for leadership to listen to and worship
Jesus. One example is every Wednesday on the lunch hour he
convenes leaders to pray together for the future of our city. We gather
and ask the Father, “What is your prayer for Lexington, so we can pray
that prayer too?” It has
become an incredible time.
There is something beautiful
about all denominational
bends, races, genders and
ages, partnering together
under one belief that God
answers prayer.

Remembering Bob Hale: A Re ection from The Prayer Room Director, Tommy Green
Bob Hale had a very extensive history in pastoral and
teaching ministry and in the last season of his life he
worked with The Prayer Room and Fatherhood Initiative discipling young people and encouraging and
strengthening the LLF staff. After walking deeply with
Jesus for over 5 decades, Bob went home to be with the
Lord on August 28, 2021. LLF and the broader Body of
Christ lost an amazing leader and man of God on that
day. The impact of his life, light and love will continue to
resound generationally - throughout the Church in
Lexington and beyond.
